Charleston Capers: George Hamilton Green

$15.00

This fantastic Jazz Fox Trot was written and performed by George Hamilton Green in 1926. The piece is based on the Charleston dance, which was very popular at the time. This jazz work is similar in style and date to the pieces of Green’s “Jazz Classics” series of sheet music, but unfortunately this title was not included in that folio. This score for xylophone or marimba and piano is a transcription of the recording made by Green with pianist Frank Banta.
